Functionality for non-fullscreen mode added

Hey folks, hope you're enjoying the game so far. Based on the feedback of a player who wanted to play the game not in fullscreen mode, I've uploaded a new version of that game with that functionality. Now you can press F4 to toggle the game in and out of fullscreen mode, and when you're playing it in the windowed mode, you can also adjust the size of the window with your mouse! The "Controls" page of the game's Title Screen has also been updated to reflect this change.

Anyone else who has any suggestions or finds any bugs, don't hesitate to speak up. Thanks!
